Here’s another way YOU can help
The Class of 2012 has an ESCRIP program. This is a simple way to earn money for Grad Night at no cost to you. Many of us have a Vons card and it can easily be switched with your card number or you may use a merchant of your choice. The first step is going to www.escrip.com/program/welcome.jsp. Select the tab Sign-Up. It will ask you for a Group ID #, which is 500025435. Follow the few steps remaining and you will be signed up.
GRAD NIGHT Celebration & After Party
The most memorable night to share with your son or daughter. A CHS tradition to help keep our grads safe begins immediately following the graduation ceremony at a secret location. Parents and graduates share an evening of dinner, dancing, photos and fun until midnight. After midnight the party continues for the graduates until dawn with an array of surprises, activities, fun and frolicking; chaperoned of course. Buses will be provided to transport your son/daughter back to CHS after the party.
GRAD NIGHT PAYMENTS
Checks payable to “Class of 2012”. Please write your graduate’s name on the check and indicate Grad Party payment. Mail to Vicki Hardy, 2381 Bradley Ave., Claremont, CA 91711. The school office and ASB cannot collect funds. Check or Money Orders please, cash not accepted.
Checks must be mailed to our treasury or dropped off at the Senior booth at campus events. Payment questions may be emailed to vicki.hardy@verizon.net.
Limited Financial Assistance is available and confidential. Forms are available in the Health Office and must be completed and returned by March 1, 2012.
